Many Assembly Committees are apparently so poor at sticking to agendas that many have abandoned the pretence. Instead they have simply leave their prospective Future Business plans posted on the website – and these are be no means an accurate guide to what is to happen or even what did happen.
In addition, committees are regularly continuing to lapse into close sessions of over an hour without any warning. Committee business is regularly changed, again without warning – sometimes the evening before morning sessions.
The sad thing is that not only is the website unreliable but committee staff and even the doorkeepers - normally the bastions of information - often have no notion of what is going on.
